	A plague has entered Marsilion, spreading out from the guild and clinic This disease spread to those in physical contact with an infected person This is an artificial disease that slowly transforms its victim into stone. Transformation starts a few hours after contraction and will last for two weeks Slowly bit by bit the victim will change. In any random order. Be it parts of the arm, tails, fingers, etc. The order is up to the player The head will not change until the end (Ears and nose may change earlier however) The disease is unaffected by magical power and cannot be brute force cured Synthetics are immune Effected areas are numb and as inflexible as stone. Effected areas have the strength and durability as sandstone Magic abilities are not effected Shapeshifters can still change forms, the effected areas will change with them, however are still unable to move which may cause awkward or painful setups. This is OOC only: The disease is going to be cured on August 12, before a character is in danger of dying from direct effects. IC no character knows this, just that the guild is working on a cure. 	Upon receiving the cure by contact with someone infected with the countervirus nothing will happen for half an hours, then several seconds of an intense burning pain then it will die off. The amount of stone in the person will cease to increase at this point. At the next sundown the stone areas will crack, then with the sound of shattering stone retract, returning to flesh. The entire effected area will have the pins and needles feeling as they "wake up" For the next week the cured characters will randomly from time to time, though not constantly. Once every few hours at most. 1 ) Random energy splurges followed by extreme tiredness 2 ) Random levitation of a few inches for a few seconds, loosing traction with the ground 3 ) Random compulsive screaming, whistling, or other non-sense noises 4 ) Random joint petrification lasting from a few seconds to up to a minute 5 ) Random blindness lasting for up to a minute
