Silverbolt
[NPC] A white and grey wolf-dog that seems to be a perfectly normal feral animal other than that he's intelligent and sapient though still acts like a normal wolf-dog would. However, any non-humanlike animal around him can converse with each other clearly. Still making any noises they normally would, but meaning and intention is perceived by others. Anthros experience the effect weaker.
