| Tom has started making and advertising the selling of howl silencing charms which are worn around the neck. He's selling them for very little and they basically work by automatically casting a spell of silence around the wearer if they start to howl. | |

| As of this morning all howls are no longer infected. Anyone changed into canine or wolf forms will still have to be changed back manually. Plot concluded. | |
