Ruis stands at a six foot 2. Black curved rams horns brace out from her forehead, with long red hair that falls to her shoulders in curls. Gold eyes stare out, with skin as dark as coal. She wears billowing red robes that have a black trim to them. Sleeves she can hide her arms in, and a hem that drags on the floor. Her five foot tail is often curled up under robes, giving her a wide waist like appearance. The robes make her appear heavier than she is. She is often barefoot. She carries a gnarled staff with her. A glorified walking stick.

World Information:
Ruis hails from a world ruled by Three off world Gods in angst against the Wild Gods who live there. Mana is an aura like energy that surrounds every person. Not everyone can tap into that energy. Those who can are usually Mages, Paladins, priests or hedgewizards/witches. Each time one casts a spell, a bit of there aura is drained. The more energy that is drained, the longer it takes to get back. At using 70% of their aura, physical energy becomes affected. The caster will become lethargic until they have had time to rest.

So you want to get to know Ruis huh? PULL UP A CHAIR AND GET COMFY.
Childhood: She was an only child to two loving parents. Who did a modest job at providing for her. They had a potions and herb shop set up near the local guild center. Providing to the needs of those who would go out and slay the dragons of the world. ( Or awful rabbits of biting.) They taught her at a young age what plants did what, and how to mix them into proper potions or teas.
Teenagedom: Her parents taught her to infuse magic into the potions. But she got curious. She started hanging around the magic shops, picking up bits and pieces. A family friend saw her interest and approached her parents. In return for mana restoring teas and potions, they would sponsor Ruis into the University of Arlay, where Ruis could get a proper education on magic weaving. Her parents were sad to see her go, but she was excited. She excelled as best she could. Taking an interest in the flashy school of Alteration. Moving objects, teleporting, and more parlor like magics. She studied the other schools of magic, but it was Alteration that stole her heart and mind.
Adulting: Graduated, she went back home for a couple years. Working for her parents to gather enough coin up to travel. Stopping in Inns to brandish flashy magic and amaze the patrons. Occasionaly she would join up with a band or two out on adventure. Keen to avoid conflict and learn all that she could. It was in fact on one of these adventures that brought her to Infinitas. As she opened a locked door and stepped through, she stepped into a fine red mist. Leaving her homeworld behind.
