Effect
-"Soul" Manipulation - The ability to temporarily influence people's passions and desires. She also has the ability to remove someone's soul, though she will only if she completely has no other option. If this happens her weapon crystal will absorb it, loading it into Spectre's Magazine, making the weapon's damage a bit more powerful.

-Astral Projection & Possesion - The ability to project her own soul to a location or into another form or object. When leaving her own body she enters the Astral plane which allows her to see lost souls and interact with them.

Dream Entering - The ability to enter someone else's dream and influence it.

Psychometry - The ability to souch an object and see its history.
Limits
Soul Manipulation - She cant always control it if overwhelmed while doing it. Though only twice has this ever happened and nobody has ever actually been physicaly hurt from it. She has to be holding both of her hands to a person to use this and can easily be fought back against if the person is aware its happening(Which will 99.99% of the time be always because she made a promise to her late husband she would never influence someone outside of necessity, which isnt much but she does keep her promises).She can only remove a soul on the verge of death.

Astral Abilities - She has to have been somewhere to astral project and has to of touched a being or object to possess it. While in the astral plane she cannot physically interact with anything that is not part of the astral plane, though she would still be able to possess those that have been touched by her in the martial plane. Example: If there were two chairs and she had only touched one in the physical plane she could only "possess" and move the one chair.

The possesion of a sentient being can be fought back against, the possessed will become dazed for a moment after she enters their mind and have an opportunity to reject her thoughts, forcing her out immediately.

This also has a limit that she must be in a deep form of meditation to reach the astral plane.

Dream Entering - She must be asleep and have interacted with the person in the last few hours.

Psychometry - Can only see history of an object if she has used soul manipultion on someone who has touched it, and then she will only see the history of the object while the person interacted with it.
Repercussions
Soul Manip - If she does pull someone's soul from them this will not kill them unless they are on the verge of death already. Instead, it will basically lobotomize them, though not to the extreme of a lobotomy, they will still be able to interact with others but be void of all passion and emotion.

Astral Abilities - She can become trapped in the astral plane, possessed being/object if she is broken of her meditation too quickly.

Dream Entering - If spooked whilst in a dream her own emotions take over and WILL cause a nightmare to happen.

Psychometry - If the object is removed from her touch before she has seen what she needs to from it she will begin to have a seizure. This is because it breaks her connection to the history, which causes her brainwaves to become disrupted, and sends her into a sort of flashback into her own "skeletons" from her past.
Other
It should also be noted that her soul manipulation ability will not always work on a soul, seeing as though different beings souls could be completely different than anything she has seen. If she is going to manip a soul. I will discuss this with you before hand and please let me know in the PM if the soul is different from human or Earthbound souls, and what effects could happen if she enters the soul.

Also it should be noted that astral projection can only work within a certain radius while on Infinitas(about 2 miles), as well as the astral possesion having a shorter distance of about half a mile. These abilities, as well as her ability to enter dreams are blocked if any being or building/area has some sort of block against mental/psychic abilities.
