Sein's body acts as a large inductor, storing energy in a magnetic field. While Sein can store huge amounts of energy in this magnetic field, the energy is finite. Storage space for energy is also finite, as there is a limit to how dense a magnetic field his body can store. - - Energy adsorptionEffect

World Information:
Sein comes from an earth that had just experienced it's first major nuclear exchange.
Character Background:
Sein was the result of leftover magic energies collecting, and forming together from the deaths of billions all at once. He spent many years roaming a irradiated, trashed landscape grazing on what man had left behind in such events. Eventually, a false vacuum event caused his universe to cave in on it's self. Lucky, said event dumped him somewhere on the island.
